KVO offers two graphic materials (Porcelain Enamel and High Pressure Laminate) as well as an extensive line of durable exhibit bases to display your graphic panels.

Porcelain Enamel
Porcelain Enamel is a mixture of mineral content glass and inorganic pigments fused to a steel substrate at temperatures exceeding 1400 degrees Fahrenheit. This extreme temperature literally melts and fuses the pigments to the steel, forming a molecular bond and creating a permanent coating. Graphics are applied with glass-based inks by a variety of methods including traditional screen printing, stenciling and our proprietary high resolution photographic process. Porcelain enamel is the most visually striking and durable signage material available.
High Pressure Laminate
High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is a combination of specially developed, digitally imaged paper which is impregnated with melamine resins, a special UV resistant over-laminate, and layers of phenolic resin-impregnated kraft stock, all pressed under intense pressure and heat. This process fuses the layers together into a very durable, solid core product. HPL comes in several interior and exterior grades for a wide range of applications.
Exhibit Bases & Frames
We've designed and manufacture an extensive line of durable exhibit bases to display your graphic panels. We have numerous standard styles to choose from and keep many of our most popular sizes and colors in stock, enabling us to ship them in a very timely manner. All of our exhibit bases come with detailed assembly and installation instructions, ensuring an efficient and accurate installation.
Our exhibit bases are available in either powder coated aluminum or Corten weathering steel. KVO aluminum exhibit bases are available in fifteen standard colors with optional colors available. Our Corten steel frames ship pre-rusted, with a wax finish that create a beautiful and maintenance-free product.
